These guys deserve a 5 star review as they went above and beyond to get a new Generator out the door as they detected my urgency. Im giving them a 4 as the trucking shipping company fell short, which really has nothing to do with them except their choice in shipping companies. My generator arrived 3 days later than originally indicated – all due to what is normal delays in shipping companies these days.
