The shopping experience was straight forward and easy. The only problem I had was with the trucking company. I contacted them and told them they couldn’t get a tractor trailer to my destination. They said that wouldn’t be a problem, they’d put it on a straight box truck. When the driver called me, he said he was in a tractor trailer, they don’t send straight box trucks my way due to being several miles away from the terminal. I had to make other arrangements to get it unloaded off the tractor trailer and then unloaded at my destination. The sellers were great. I had the generator within 9 days of ordering it.
